Carmarthenshire Social Enterprise CETMA, are proud to announce that they are partnering up with We Are Digital and HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) to help people with online forms

We Are Digital is a social impact company whose entire remit is helping others. CETMA is working with them to provide Digital Support for those who don’t have access or are not confident using digital services.

The ultimate aim is to provide information and support so people can fill out HMCTS forms online and the service will initially be offered in Llanelli and Kidwelly with support also being able to be provided remotely.

CETMA MD Jonathan Williams said:

“We’re really pleased to be a part of this service. It will help people who are not confident completing forms or are not able to access online services support.”

“The HMCTS are reforming its programme and redesigning the way that courts and tribunals services are provided by bringing new technology and modern ways of working to the way justice is administered.”

“The best way of doing this is to move a large part of its programme online, though a paper route will still be available, it is hoped that as many people as possible will make use of this digital service.”

Some of the services that will be available are:

Appeal a benefit decision Social Security and Child Support (SSCS)

Submit a plea Single Justice Service (SJS)

Make a money claim Online Civil Money Claims (OCMC)

Get help paying court and tribunal fees Help With Fees (HWF)

Apply for a divorce

Apply for probate

“For CETMA, Digital Inclusion is one of our main support themes for the organisation, so it makes perfect sense that we offer this via our Online Centre Networks in Carmarthenshire.” Added Jonathan.
