CETMA (Community Engagement, Technology, Media & Arts), formerly known as LlanelliTown.com, is a dedicated Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise based in Llanelli. It was founded by a passionate group of local volunteers who shared a common goal: to make a lasting and meaningful difference within their community. Since its inception, CETMA has operated with a clear mission — to empower individuals, promote social inclusion, and strengthen community connections through a variety of innovative and accessible services.
Over the past decade, CETMA has evolved significantly. What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a dynamic and impactful organisation that now serves as a vital platform for individuals seeking personal growth and professional development. CETMA has become a key gateway for volunteers who want to build confidence, develop new skills, and gain valuable experience in their chosen fields. Many of these individuals have gone on to secure meaningful employment, including roles within CETMA itself, demonstrating the powerful cycle of support, growth, and opportunity that the organisation fosters.
